Vampires in the written lore of the Hemos experience several stages of growth within their existence in the mortal plane. They are never static, and are always changing. The most understood rule regarding these daemons translated among living man and mere is: the longer a vampire prevails, the stronger they have the potential to become. Upon reaching his 900th year as a creature of the night, Meleran is slowly beginning his metamorphosis from a fledgling to a supreme revenant which will take another 100 years to be fully refined. As of now, his abilities are as follows:

Exceptions to Meleran will be included if applicable.
No longer bound to the mortal toils of sleep, food or precious oxygen, vampiric bodies possess superior strength, speed and stamina. The age of a vampire only strengthens these abilities.
Enhanced Psychology
Reaching his 900th year, his advanced age and metamorphosis means that Meleran only needs to sleep during the day roughly twice a month (compared to fledglings who must sleep every day).
As long as the injury does not pertain to silver, garlic or any holy artifacts, injury given to a vampire will heal itself rapidly. Vampires are also naturally immune to disease, drowning, and poison.
Regenerative Healing
Garlic only presents itself as an annoyance to Meleran. However silver weaponry and the possession of holy artifacts (especially those of old age or blessings) will still bring him immense pain.Possessing the ability to take the form of a variety of animals or objects traverse mortal settlements undetected, many common (but not limited too) forms of vampires are bats, wolves, cats, ravens, mist or clouds.
Sinister Shapeshifter
Meleran's most common forms switch between a giant dire wolf and a large raven, ideal for long distance travel of land or sky. He will transform into translucent mist to bypass under doors or windows.
Vampiric bodies no longer age, forever frozen in the state they were the moment they were infected. Natural causes will never kill a vampire, they will always exist in the moral realm until unnaturally killed.
Immortality
As a fledgling, Meleran physically appeared in the age he died which was roughly early to mid 40s. As a supreme, the metamorphic sleep gives him the physical appearance of a man in his late 20s, early 30s.
ADVANCED ♱ SKILLSDrinking blood from another creature, while carrying it's own risks, may not only empowers a vampire but grants the chance to temporary replicate the ability of said creature.
Blood Bond
