Mio Shen

Mio is a traveller, with at least one lute on hand, you can catch them in the corner of bars and inns, strumming away, making notes and listening to other people's stories. Mio originally had started training as a wizard in a hope to continue on the family tradition, but stumbled across a bard in an Inn when on a search for a new teacher and took an intense liking to the music and the way it made them feel, causing them to take up bardistry.

Their passions as a bard were cut short when they were attacked overnight, the assailant slicing Mio's throat, expecting to kill them, Unfortunately for Mio, they survived, but at the cost of their voice. Unable to speak, Mio thought long and hard about giving up Bardistry, but decided that no, they will continue, only through playing the lute, whilst still practicing magic and becoming a better wizard.
