Kathy is a half Hispanic half Greek man, with a tall, slim yet slightly muscular stature and long legs. His long, light red hair complements his tanned skin and bright green almond shaped eye, while a red rose grows out of his left eye. He has a smaller, yet straighter nose than most, showing the Greek blood in him. Kathy wears a simple outfit of worn out blue jeans, a white, blood stained t-shirt, and blood stained white sneakers. He carries an axe with him at all times that is usually also stained with blood and various other fluids.

This killer wears a multitude of piercings mainly on his left side due to numbness caused by the growth in his left eye, as well as a tigers eye necklace, two rings on his left hand and one on his right. The two rings on his right hand is one of a skull on his thumb, and a black metal ring on his middle finger. The ring on his right hand is a snake wrapped around his 'ring finger'.
