“Ylva” means “She-wolf” in Norse; a name fitting of the mischievous, nomadic female beast this woman is. Humans and elves are known as the Queen of Night; Goddess of Darkness. These are all titles synonymous with her last name.

Ylva comes from the land of Nifelheim; The Land of Shadows; a realm riddled with mystery. Its land transverse for thousands of miles; covered in thick clouds, mists, fog, darkness, and decrepit structures. This was a land of banished creatures; Gods, Goddesses, Demigods, Humans, Humanoids, Devils, Goblins, and alike. There is not much, if any sunlight in this realm - which may explain Ylva’s gray-colored skin. Due to her hybrid blood, she is unaffected by actual sunlight - she can withstand the sun but does not like it that much.

A Goddess; a woman dipped in the beauty of the night. Ylva is curvaceous, thick, and strong with a presence that causes jaws to drop. White hair cut into a bob rests atop her head, complimented by black undertones. Her eyes are a light grey that seems to blend in with the moonlight at the perfect time. These same hues turn yellow when she is shifting into a wolf, or entering a crazed state when she is raging for blood. She carries no weapons, nor does she wear any jewelry. Her attire is often dark, menacing, and gothic in nature – always dressed in some form of black and gray. Ylva does have one staple piece of clothing; a black cloak with ripped edges that she always wears. She’s just above average height, but her slim and thick figure often draws more attention than her height. Due to years of violent, random, and at times, battle-heavy experiences she does have a few scars on her body. Ylva has a scar from a stab wound under her left ribcage.

She is quiet, observant, collected, and at times, practically invisible. Her chaotic upbringing has caused Ylva to be guarded and cautious with every creature that she meets. She is kind at her core but enjoys her solitude and the comforting sensation of nature. Underneath this quiet and kind exterior is a broken psyche; riddled with past traumas of death and betrayal, she can be quick to anger and jump to conclusions based on her own emotional reactions. She is protective of her loved ones and doesn’t hesitate to use violence to solve an issue if the altercation involves harm to animals or children.
