MAGIC AND POWERS:

Explanation: When using his daggers, he wraps his hands in the sharp chains, which pierce his skin. He can throw his daggers and pull them back to himself using the chains. If he gets the enemy’s blood into the wounds on his hands, the person whom the blood is from will begin to have their blood drained from their body until there is nothing left and they die. The more blood drained from enemies, the stronger Lucion becomes and after a certain point, is able to summon his scythe/familiar and fight with that.
Limitations: After 10 enemies have had their blood drained, with each additional enemy's blood drained, Lucion’s power will decrease and if he goes into the negative, he will faint and need time to recover.

General Personality Description: Lucion is deceptive and cunning, willing to do whatever he needs to in order to obtain the outcome he desires. He’s naturally flirtatious and teases a lot whether it’s malicious or simply to mess with people. He doesn’t care whether people like him or not and he does as he pleases, not caring about public appearance either. He doesn’t pay any mind to being kind to others, saying what he thinks when he thinks it. He thinks it’s fun to mess with others and get reactions out of people. He doesn’t easily get upset or angry, usually very calm and level headed. It’s rare to catch him in a saddened mood, but when he’s alone he does tend to dwell on the past a bit too much. Despite the calm and slightly playful exterior he puts up, he’s actually very lonely and stuck in the past.

HISTORY:

General history: Lucion does not remember anything from before he became a vampire. His earliest memory is waking up after he had been turned. He’s spent most of his existence alone, traveling to new places and entertaining himself in any way he can. He is now settled in a small village of other vampires, though he is not liked within this village. People often avoid him at all costs and would rather not get mixed up with him. He’s avoided creating connections with others and doesn’t concern himself with others whatsoever. He had a lover once, many years ago. This lover passed and since then Lucian has avoided forming any connections or relations, including friendships.
