The Whispering Rose has been an establishment in the city of Dewlance since the 10th year of the city's founding, over 200 years ago. It's famous for not only being the best brothel in the country, and the largest, but also for being a family run establishment. The Whispering Rose was founded by the first Madam, who has never been named. Other than her appearance, no one knew anything about her, from her name to her age, and that tradition has been kept with every Madam of the Whispering Rose since. No one even knows if the Madams are truly all blood related, or if they adopt girls to become the next Madam, they only know that each Madam calls the previous one, 'Mother'.

The Whispering Rose has 6 floors and a courtyard in the back.

The first floor has the restaurant and bar, the store, and private meeting rooms for those who wish to eat the food and discuss business. The restaurant serves evverything from meat dishes, vegetarian dishes, to deserts and alcoholic beverages. The store is filled with things one may want for their own bedroom back home to experience with their lover, from toys to drugs.

The Courtyard in the back is for larger entertainment purposes. Dance and song performances, feasts- events that would shut down the rest of the brothel temporarily with the large scale of the event and the importance of the invited guests.

The second floor is for pure entertainment purposes only. Listen to, and watch, the courtesans, too young to use their bodies, play instruments, sing, and dance while drinking. There is also a separate area for private parties, though once again, it is a pure area.

The third floor is where things lose their purity. From the third floor to the fifth floor is the brothel. The third floor is a floor with nothing but private rooms, all constant use. Each room has a time limit of 3 hours, and once the 3 hours is up, the customer and courtesan must vacate the room to allow it to be cleaned for the next customer and courtesan.

The fourth floor is the same as the third floor, however, they have a time limit of 8 hours or less, more often than not uesd for multiple customers and/or multiple courtesans.

The fifth floor, however, is different. Each room on this floor is privately owned by a popular courtesan who does not partake in anything below the 5th floor, from innocent entertainment to a time limit. They have to be sought out, and their time limit depends on how much the customer was willing to pay. These are the most expensive courtesans, the faces of the establishment.

The 6th floor belongs only to the Madam. It is her private room for the extreme few she entertains. It is her office. It is her home, and the location of the Whispering Rose's vault.

Pay Rates:

Courtyard events: Minimum of 20 gold coins for the smallest event, and it doubles the bigger the event, to a maximum of 20 platinum coins.
Second floor: The base pay rate is 10 silver coins per hour. Private parties are 20 silver coins per person attending.
Third floor: 20 silver coins per hour to a maximum of 60 silver coins (3 hours maximum)
Fourth Floor: 1 gold coin per hour to a maximum of 8 gold coins. (8 hours maximum)
Fifth Floor: 1 gold coin per hour to experience their talents (music, dance, conversation) - 2 gold coins per hour to experience their other physical talents. No limit on time, only with customer's funds.

The Madam is the most expensive, as it requires 50 gold for a single night with her. It does not mean she is the most beautiful or most skilled, it's purely to make up for time lost that she could have used to do business instead.
