Zartana Nyunviir is a captivating and complex female drow, whose charisma draws people in with ease. Unlike many of her kin, she exudes confidence without slipping into arrogance. Her meticulous nature shines in how she organizes her surroundings, ensuring everything is in its proper place. However, despite her poise, Zartana can be surprisingly aloof and clumsy, especially when facing seemingly trivial stresses—whether it’s picking the right outfit or perfecting a spell that eludes her grasp.

Though cursed, she remains compassionate and kind, treating those she meets with a rare warmth that contrasts her darker heritage. Yet beneath her kindness lies a mischievous streak, always ready to bend rules or toy with situations in unexpected ways. Ambitious and driven, Zartana’s goals often surprise others, as she cleverly weaves her path toward success while keeping her playful and considerate demeanor intact.

Zartana is a Drow woman with large breasts, and black hair that flows loosely around her shoulders and down her back, framing a face with sharp, angular features. She has glowing golden eyes illuminates with an aura of power; large pointed ears and elaborate tribal tattoos that wrap around each of her biceps; which add to her enchantingly ethereal look. Her skin has a warm, dusky tone. Noticeable scars mark her arms and thighs, remnants of the curse that causes her body to consistently kill and repair itself. Therefore, her body maintains an appearance of something that is cracking and breaking, usually seen on the surface level of her skin. Zartana is powerfully built and thick with defined muscles in her arms and legs. Although, she does not have a lean abdomen and her ass is round, wide, and plump. She often wears elegantly styled clothing such as dark-colored sleeveless dresses with a high collar and gold trim. She often has a chest-baring cutout design with high leg slits. Zartana is often seen barefoot wherever she goes, yet her feet always remain neat and clean.

Enhanced Physical Prowess Typical Drowning are extremely agile and swift; Zartana embodies these attributes perfectly. Additionally, she has a natural affinity for faerie fire, darkness and dancing lights. However, once she was cursed by the dark arts, her physical abilities far surpassed that of any human or Drow. She has physical feats that are on pair with Orcs and Dragonborns. Rather than faeriefire, she has a special esoteric flame ability.

Esoteric Flame A flame that is dark orange in color with tints of red. When compressed, it can become a substance that is like magma in texture and heat. When she uses this ability, strange ruins that were enchanted and then carved into her skin glow on her body. This also includes the ‘tattoos’ that are on each of her biceps. She cannot create them at will, and must always chant ‘Burn, Phosphorus’ to begin using it. It sucks the life force out of her when used excessively. Additionally, her skin, flesh, and limbs can be burnt away by excessive use however they'll always grow back. They piece back together in the same fashion in which they chip and wither away.

Necromancy Zartana is unsure why she has this ability, however, it is a subset of her Esoteric Flame. By chanting ‘Arise, Phosphorus’ she can summon skeletons composed of ash and burnt remains from the ground. Zartana is capable of summoning six at a time. They barely have the physical ability of humans, thus can break easily. This also invokes the runes on her body.

Poison Resistant Zartana can resist poison of most kinds and is difficult to stun.

Weapons Proficiency Zartana was trained to be able to easily wield most weapons, however, mainly sticks to hand crossbows, rapiers, and shortswords if given a choice.

Immortalityy It is said that the magical experiments done on Zartana caused her to have eternal life. Her cells are constantly cracking and withering away, dying. However, they return just as they wither away. Using her fire powers expedited the process, however, once she stopped using her powers, her cells quickly healed. This does not make her immune to pain or decapitation, however, she just may keep coming back…

Zartana is always on the hunt for the next adventure, a good meal, a hot bath in a traditional hot spring, or a good drink. She is always eager to find something or someone new to add to her list of ‘comrades’, but is never interested in maintaining something long-term.
