The Damsel

STRENGTHS

• Perceiving is Believing - Primrose is able to do just about anything to make someone happy. All you have to do is believe she's capable of doing so. She can open locked doors, free someone from a prison of thorns, or even break the massive chain trapping a goddess.
  
• Kill Them With Kindness - She has almost bottomless kindness for anyone she meets, especially animals or the other Princesses of her home. This can often disarm more skittish people, or those that don't think highly of themselves, she attempts to befriend.
• Not Just a Fairytale - Though her story is one of the damsel in distress, Primrose has been attempting to take control of her own life. This means being able to express emotions other than sugary cheerfulness, or not wanting to do what someone asks her to do.

WEAKNESSES

• Know Your Place - The Damsel, at her core, exists to make people happy. By telling her that doing certain things can make you happy, Primrose is often compelled to do these things. Very rarely is she able to say no, and she'll do them as cheerfully as ever until the task is done. Only then will her mind allow her to be upset.
  
• Defenseless - Unless she is given the strength, The Damsel is physically weak and delicate. This is only amplified if you perceive her to be that way when you meet her. In this state, she often looks towards others as a source of strength.
  
• Deconstructed - Occasionally, Primrose can be caught in a loop where she asks someone what they want and the person replies that they want to know what she wants. This resulting loop is extremely traumatic for her, especially if she's already given an answer but the person persists. She becomes simpler and simpler, transforming into a crude version of what she once was that exists only to make that person happy.
  
• Selectively Oblivious - Danger more often than not means nothing to The Damsel. If she gets it into her head that she can befriend a monster, or someone that wishes her harm, she will ignore danger in favor of attempting to form a bond.
• Pristine Blade - Primrose is deeply afraid of knives due to the trauma she suffered before her abandonment. She's frightened by those who use them, but she often disassociates if she's the one holding a blade instead.

Primrose is a young woman of fair complexion with long blonde hair and bright blue eyes.

Her main outfit consists of a poofy pink gown and a simple golden tiara.

The Damsel is ever optimistic, kind to just about everyone she meets even if she shouldn't be. She rarely isn't seen smiling, and she showers everyone she befriends with affection.

Above all, Primrose wants to take control of her life. She previously relied on others to give her strength, but lately has found herself able to do so herself. She often punctuates her desires with 'I think,' slowly but surely letting her own wants take priority.

That said, she does love doing things for other people. She just finds that nowadays she prefers to be the one that offers, rather than carrying out someone else's command because her body won't physically allow her to say no.

Even those she doesn't really consider a friend will at least be addressed with a smile. Her kindness was partially baked into her, but that doesn't mean it isn't real. Though few and far between, people she doesn't like often get more passive-aggressive answers.
