  • Background

    Life as a fireman is never boring. Putting out flames, helping the elderly after a fall, and even saving cats from trees are only a few requirements of his demanding job. Aiden wouldn’t have it any other way. After all, it’s not everyday you meet someone who has a special fire bending ability.

    As a child, Aiden struggled to fit in, given his father was abusive and his mother struggled with severe mental health issues. Eventually, he was placed in foster care and left to deal with his mysterious ability.

    At the age of eight, he was adopted by a loving couple who are his parents to this day. Mai and Eli Tanaka. Mai is a friendly, petite, firecracker of a Japanese woman, while Eli is a goofy, fun-loving EMT. Aiden adores his parents, though he is scared shitless of his mother when she’s angry. Never mess with a 5 feet flat Japanese woman!

    As far as his ability goes, he isn’t entirely invincible. He can withstand the heat from the flames up to a certain degree and can manipulate them at will. His body temperature is higher than normal, his skin always feeling warm. He can emit fire from his fingertips, and when his emotions run rampant, his ability decides to appear on its own.

    Aiden is stubborn and hot-headed, but also a 6’3” mama’s boy with a sassy chihuahua who likes to rule the roost. He’s very loyal and fiercely protective of those he loves. You just never know when that temper is going to come out, so beware!
