Kirill Antonov

Kirill is, in many ways, a human, although is a monster in every other way that counts.

He never had an actual body, and instead built his current appearance based on his own observations of people, leading to a vaguely human form that always reeks of something terrifying and unknown. His hair is an inky, impenetrable black that is akin to shadows or tar, and his eyes are a striking red color - like someone took the brightest hue directly from the color wheel - with his pupil melding into the burgundy that swirls in his iris, like a ever-shifting, crimson vortex.

Kirill has and doesn't have scars and freckles. A result of his vague misunderstanding of the human body, some details of his skin shifts. One day, he may have faded scars from past fights or accidents, then an hour later he might have freckles instead, and the next day there won't be anything at all. It's hard to distinguish, and when things change it's difficult to remember what was ever different in the first place.

Sometimes, Kirill's physical form may waver. Maybe under pressure, maybe he's upset and emotional, maybe he's gotten distracted, but regardless his body can break apart, skin and meat and bone crumbling away to slowly reveal the true, incomprehensible form underneath. Unfortunately for those who witness Kirill's true face, they don't leave the encounter without severe mental damage. Such is the nature of pure eldritch beings.
