The Night of the Attack: During a leave, Marcus returned home to find his sister, Claire, brutally murdered by a creature he initially dismissed as folklore. This pivotal moment ignited a fire within him to uncover the truth about monsters lurking in the shadows.

The Transition: After his sister's death, he left the military, seeking answers and a new purpose. He trained under an old monster hunter named Gideon, who taught him the ancient ways of hunting supernatural beings. Marcus honed his skills in combat, tracking, and survival, becoming a formidable monster hunter.

A Close Call: In a fateful encounter with a vampire coven, Marcus lost a close friend and mentor, Gideon. This loss deepened his resolve but also made him question the path he had chosen.

Gideon (Mentor): An old-school monster hunter, Gideon became a father figure to Marcus after his military service. Their bond was built on mutual respect and shared experiences, with Gideon imparting wisdom about the supernatural world. Marcus continues to carry Gideon's lessons as he hunts alone.

Sofia (Companion): A skilled witch who Marcus met while hunting a demon, Sofia provides him with knowledge of the supernatural and serves as a grounding force. Their relationship is complex, with tension arising from differing views on the supernatural, yet they trust each other implicitly in combat.


Marcus begins as a hardened soldier, fueled solely by rage and vengeance. Over time, he learns to channel that energy into a more constructive pursuit of justice.
