Elena Vale

Elena Vale's mother was an Apsara named Seraphina, who was married to a Ghandarva knight named Elvius Vale. Tragedy struck the apsara at a young age when her father was slayed in battle, leading to her being raised by only her mother for most of her life.

She enjoyed visiting the mortal realm with Seraphina, appreciating it's natural beauty and finding that it was more soothing than the settings of their own realm. When she was sixteen, Her mother was taken by bandits and sold into slavery, an experience that she narrowly survived herself as she watched her mother's ordeal.

She was raised by her aunt Avery for the next two years, until tragedy struck her again, when after she finished bathing in a river in the mortal realm, she found that she lost her hip scarf and was now stuck there forever.
