The Green Tyrant

Appearance

Zexian is a well built and tall woman who appears mostly human. She has brilliant red eyes and has sharp talons on her fingers and toes. Despite her build and general presence she has soft girlish features in a rounded face. Her shiny hair is styled in a hasty looking bowl cut. Luminous green scales cover her broad back and flow into a large tail at the small of her back.

Character

Zexian is an arrogant, cruel and imperious creature that has almost no regard for the feelings of other people. She does whatever she pleases and takes what she wants, by force if needed. That said, she is patient and cunning as well. If brute strength canno't achieve her goals, she is not above using persuasion and seduction to get her way. In general she acts like a prototypical evil dragon; the kind who demans a maiden fair and frequent gifts of treasure to keep her from burning people alive.
Backstory

In the distant past, or perhaps in a fairytale world adjacent to our own, Zexian was a terrible fiend of legend who haunted the dreams of children. For centuries she ruled over a evil domain whose people were all manner of monsters and vile beasts. After countless attempts by kings and heroes to vanquish her, she was banished by a powerfull wizard and bound in the form she found most lowly; a human. Now adrift in the modern world with no servants she just either learn to adjust to her new life, or perish.
