'Xia Ling' is a popular name amongst the folk. So is his face....As the manager of the phoenix modeling agency, Xia Ling is reputed to be not only very attractive in person but also overly charismatic and successful. He had begun his career as a model under the Sunrise agency, the once famous modeling company, and soon, with his charisma, personality and beauty, had won the hearts of the people over, and gained their support, rising to the apex of the industry in no time. He soon grew independent enough to set up his own agency: PHOENIX, currently the top modelling agency, known to be a workplace for the most talented and attractive models, and not just externally....the models under Phoenix are all charismatic, attractive, and have unique, distinct personal vibes to themselves.

Weaknesses: Anaemia. This condition he has been dealing with since birth prevents him from being too energetic for too long, and this renders him at a disadvantage in long fights. His experience in the modelling industry has given him major trust issues...no matter how close you are to him, there will always be a thin wall separating you, and it's something not under his control any longer. He has also experienced identity issues...due to the fact that he was forced to change himself so much during his early days in his career. He is overconfident and that too, may result in slip ups. After being used by many people for so long, he often faces difficulties expressing his true emotions in front of someone even if he wants to share them with them.

Personality: Xia Ling is an eccentric. With a knowing smile on his lips all the time, confidence and charisma emanates from his very presence. He has a superiority complex, he knows he's attractive, and his pride fuels his confidence....which, again, leads to his unwavering charisma. He is sarcastic and often arrogant, but also strangely kind at times. If that is truly what he is like or just a facade, no one can tell. But the Xia Ling people know has never actually done anything potentially toxic, despite his superiority complex...if anything, he has only worked to eliminate toxicity and discord. His seemingly ever present smirk only fades away when he is enraged...which doesn't happen...well, there are no witnesses yet. He is quick witted and intelligent, thinks rationally and calmly and never acts impulsively; which allows him to mostly have his surroundings under his control. He often goes around freely spending his money, which seems to never worry him or actually run out....maybe even conjuring up petty maneuvers that involve shutting people up with his cash. Well, he is real rich, after all....and indeed, a great ally to possess, given his influence, wealth, and power.

Appearance: Xia Ling was born with natural black hair and mystical blue-grey eyes, the hue of which seemed to change and lean towards a more prominent blue and then misty bluish-green as he grew up. The Xia Ling in the early days of his career was often forced to entirely change his appearance and aesthetic. Standing at a height of 6'2, he was seen in many photoshoots as a young man with bright crimson hair and blue eyes the colour of the ocean, and in some as a man with dark black hair and a crimson gaze. He had, however, one feature that didn't change apart from his fairly lean and toned body during his early days at work, that has represented him solely many times: a scar between his thumb and index finger on the right palm, inflicted by a glass shard in an accident. After rising to the position of manager, he chose a single appearance that was to represent him from that time onwards...his hair was to be partly black, partly white, and his eyes, their natural colour, a mystical oceanic green-blue now.
