Anatomy:
Qetsza's body is one that is entirely without orifices. Thus, it functions with alternative respiratory and digestive systems. Instead of requiring air to breath, Qetsza feeds on ambient mana, allowing it to survive in a vaccum. It does mean that it suffocates in anti-magic fields and can be weakened by corrupted mana, such as in places with a strong necrotic presence. For nourishment, Qetsza must feed on the life force of other creatures. Any living being is eligible, though smaller creatures such as rodents provide significantly less life force.
Qetsza is fully resistant to fire and has a high body temperature, which maintains heat in most conditions, allowing it to survivein very cold environment. Though it is warm to the touch, it is not painfully so; though one might want to avoid getting too close in hotter conditions if one wishes to remain comfortable. Because of Qetsza's ability to resist heat, it can survive within lava and scalding steam. It also tends to melt ice and snow around it, which can be helpful in some situations, but a hindrance in others, such as when needing to cross frozen water. Thankfully, Qetsza can survive underwater and is a decent swimmer.
Though lacking in conventional ears, Qetsza's ear-like growths still fulfil the same purpose. Qetsza has keen senses.
Qetsza's large tail is fully prehensile and its claws allow it to climb rough surfaces with ease.
Equipment:
Abyssal Spear - A spear infused by the blood of the beings it has slayed. This infusion increases its cutting and piercing power, but runs dry after a period of time or sufficient expenditure of energy. Whilst it works best as a thrusting weapon, it can be used like a glaive.
Tail Blade - Blades attached to its tail can be used as a secondary weapon.
