Negatives;
Cannot survive in the sun, not with use of sunblock, umbrellas, etc. Just NO. She will begin to smoke and smolder, skin melts away as if she were filled with burning coals. It's pretty gross. She's got about five minutes to get under a blanket or inside before she bursts into flame and ash. Sun slows her drastically.
Silver Allergy: The way her skin reacts to the metal, one might believe it to be molten. Silver will ground and incapacitate the vampire.
Holy water: Holy water just plain hurts. It can't kill her, or burn her, it's just annoying like a sunburn or a bee sting over the expanse of where it settles.
Succeptible to staking.
Bleeds: When hungry for too long or unable to rest for an extended period of time, the eyes, nose mouth and ears will bleed. Also, pretty gross. Remedied by food or rest.
Food/Spirits: Sadie cannot at all eat human food, and will vomit blood profusely at even a bite. However, alcohol can be drank with little consequence save for the fact that it takes her much more to catch a buzz than it would a human.

Charmspeak
It is told that in certain instances and in certain circles, Vampires are able to "hypnotize" humans. Intention is a form of hypnosis, which requires vampires to make eye contact and use their voices to make humans do their bidding.
It involves truly feeling her own dead state, hearing nothing and complete focus enough to pull a human's attentions. Also works on demons, and a few other supernaturals. Not on weres. Excessive use can have a negative effect on the mental stability of a victim. charmspeak is not an innate ability, as it needs to be taught and practiced (often by makers). Vampires can use this on at least two humans at the same time.
Mind walking
Mind walking is dangerous, a rare ability bestowed by gift of Asmodeus to help with the hunt. Mindwalking can be used in a manner of ways. To communicate telepathically (Does not work with mundane) To share vivid images of thoughts, or memories. Jay cannot delve into the memories of others unless they purposely open their mind to her. Entry can be obained via charmspeak. The third, and most dangerous way works on mundane, and supernatural alike. A loud, high frequency noise telepathically transmitted from mind to mind. This noise, if sustained long enough can superheat and liquify grey matter, or even explode human heads like watermelons, however she too hears this noise at a 30% damper... Keep in mind, I rarely use the noise. If I do, we'll diceroll.
Flight
Two hundred years and the most she can do is hover, or levitate. She cannot fly long distances or really any distances. Sorry about it. She's pretty lame. ahaha. When engulfed by the flame, she can manifest wings. They're tiny, useless, tattered little bat wings that are incapable of flight.
Blood
Sadie's blood acts as a drug in ways; and she has made quite a bit of money selling it in the past!
If Sadie's Blood is consumed by a Human (or any other creature) in a small dose (one or two drops), it will heighten the senses, increase strength, make an intense sexual experience, cause hallucinations. It's like a trip, drinkers may feel more connected with the world around them. Euphoria, sensuality, life and death, the world is limitless.. The effects are different with each person; however, if the blood is taken in a large dose directly from the vein, it causes several different effects, such as healing someone who has injuries, even if they are dangerously close to death. If taken in a large dose when there is no injury on the consumer, they will have an extremely increased libido. Men will experience an enhanced erection for a long period of time, heightened strength for several days after consumption and feel terribly unwell. Consumers who drink from Vampires will begin to have strange dreams (mostly sexual) about the Vampire from whom they drank. Vampire blood ONLY temporarily grants Consumers very fast and radical rates of healing powers. However, this is something the Vampire world does not want to become well known. Once a someone drinks from a Vampire, not only do they heal, but their souls are now permanently one with that of the Vampire(s) who's blood they have drank and their bond will grow ever stronger with time and consumption. Two sips won't cause this, but prolonged drinking only strengthens the bond.. The Vampire can sense when the person who has fed directly from them is in any trouble or is in need of aide and, can feel their emotions. Because of the enhancements and euphoria it grants, addiction is highly common.
Fangs
Two inch fangs located at the maxillary incisors are often glamoured away with a strange magic. The fangs become known when A) Hungry B ) Aroused C) Enraged.
Over time, she has developed a sort of coating on the fangs, that can induce pleasure with her bite, to even out the pain and cause release of endorphins in humans. If her bite is pleasurable to them, they are more willing to allow the queen to visit for seconds, and remember her fondly.
Superhuman Senses
A very sensitive and acute set of senses help a vampire hunt and recognize danger. Able to see, hear, smell, and feel at 10x human capacity. There is also something to be said about her strength.
Healing Factor.
She has an accelerated healing factor, and is able to withstand massive amounts of pain or damage after having been alive for so long. All types of wounds such as cuts, burns and other forms of tissue damage are healed ultimately by feeding on a human, though smaller injuries will heal themselves although at great risk because this weakens her.

Jay is very outspoken about race equality in SA, with a brilliant political mind full of knowledge of laws past and present. Laveux is a born politician, fierce and devoted to many hot button issues. That cavalier business lady attitude along with her clout as owner and operator of "Opal Chauffeur" has landed her a few guest spots on news networks for debates, and has even given her audience within state law meetings. Many vampires and weres look upon her favorably for her defense of 'nature and equality' on television. Currently she's looking to further her career in politics. Currently is an avid supporter of the BITE rebellion, and seeks to show the world that tolerance is an attainable goal. Her goal in all of this is to help others, but, she might be eyeing a chair at the senate. Just a little dream for now, the work she does in the state infrastructure has been heavily commended. In earlier years, Jay worked at and succeeded in improving conditions for the transport and housing of werewolves. At the present, her role is a member of the San Angeles house of representatives. However, before she stepped down for a brief hiatus, she worked as a speaker. This work is not the extent of her political reach however, and serves only as a background to add legitimacy to her words and to her message. Having done this for nearly a decade, Jay has appeared on multiple news networks, branched out to talk shows, print interviews, and was Maxim's woman of the year once. She took the media and wore it on every finger. Each and every gala, or black tie event will be one in which you're certain to have found her. Referred to as the Dark Horse of California by some, and Cali's Supernatural Sweetheart (Thanks, Nancy Grace.)Opinions differ. While some praise her need for acceptance, education and tolerance there are others who would seek to discredit or destroy her. It is not uncommon for scheduled interviews to be picketed by hatefilled anti-supe factions. The public does not, and will not know Jay is a vampire. At this time. Scorned by the realization that she herself had become a snake, a monster and all around just...a vastly unpleasant person, Jay gave away everything and now seeks to live her life running a music shop.

Yes, I use a face claim for this character. No, my character has nothing personality wise, or story wise in common with the vampire character that the actress portrays there save for the state of Louisiana. Which, is kind of a central theme in lots of vampire things. This character is one of my creation, and I have been playing her for 5 years.
