"He's only on the island due to his conflict with the Harbinger crew though right?"

  "I heard his left shoulder is weaker than his right?" "He was injured in the war against the drakorians, maybe that's why?" "I heard he's been married once already" "He's slain dragons before, I heard once even the size of a mountain. Certainly hyperbole however" "I heard in his short time in that position he's all but eliminated piracy off the island's immediate waters" "Indeed.   Father: Ludovico Balestra
  Ludovico is a merchant in Zelanze's birth town. With his family's status he runs one of the largest most well known forge's in the area.
  
  Mother: Giovanna Balestra
  Giovanna was born to her parents one year after Ludovico and met him at one of the merchant street stalls. Impressed by his ability to read properly in a time when it wasn't common she instantly found affection for him. One year later they were marred where they gave birth to two children.

  Sister ______ Balestra
  Born to Ludovicio and Giovanna she's sharp both in the field of crafting as well as the field of combat. While unable to become a knight herself, she became a well reputed combatant in her home town and one day entered the military.
  
  Adopted Daughter Ariel Balestra
  Born to the "Loyal" family to Admiral Loyal she was eventually adopted by Zelanze when her father passed away. To all known reports it seems as if ever sense she became fourteen she has run all of the family's finances and connected their trade routes. It is often believed if not for her he would not have his fortune. Zelanze once said "I look forward to the day that she runs this house, as it will be far better than I have"
  
  Son: Cassius Balestra
  Born to Zelanze and, at the time wife, Alyssia Loyal, he shares his father's breed but takes the wings from his mother. Although his sister was adopted before he was born, as the first born son he is technically the inherit of Zelanze's fortune. Although it is unclear is Zel will follow such rituals given his previous word on the matter.
  
  Ex-wife: Alyssia Loyal Balestra
  Born to Admiral Loyal Zelanze met her when she challenged him to the arena. When she was forced to withdrawl, with Zel injured as he let her go, she robbed him of his belonging. After some period of time and the betraying violence of his lover before her, she took his hand. Together they adopted Ariel and birthed Cassius. Shortly after that, she simply disappeared. Zelanze believes she simply grew board of a life without adventure and left.
