• Description

  Feral:
  The size of an average wolf most often. With those familiar with Kitsune, they may mistake this vixen for a Shrine-worshipping push-over.
  
  Six fluffy tails fan out ostentatiously behind her, rippling and undulating like disturbed water, prone to lashing out in slinky serpentine motions when she is angered. Her fur is the color of chocolate, with underbelly, chest, abdomen and tail-tips marked with a rich yellow, aspiring to gold. Fore and back-leg stockings appear unnaturally hued - almost as if they were dipped into a summer blue sky and the silvery-blue color remained. Needle-sharp teeth are bared in a Cheshire-grin, while oddly luminescent green eyes often stare unblinking at her surroundings. It's the scrutinizing gaze that tells it all; one could almost feel the hunger and flighty wanderlust that haunts this proud, mischievous creature; forever driving her forwards, forever searching, forever hunting.

  This leggy woman with arresting eyes may catch your attention. Or is it an unnerving gaze?
  
  Pouty lips curl into an enigmatic grin, lips painted a vivid red to draw your eye. Her skin is flawless cream, impossibly smooth and relatively hairless save meticulously kept eyebrows and the perpetually tousled red hair that falls to her waist. There is something... ambiguous about her. Something that resembles the feel rather than the appearance of mystery and darkness under still waters. Perhaps it is her oddly bright eyes, or rather, the intense way she surveys her surroundings as if silently drinking everything in; maybe that cold, calculating, detached curiosity behind every movement; some barely-concealed mirth playing on her lips; whatever it is, it is a hard-to-place quality about the woman that definitely accentuates her enigmatic smile and haunting presence rather than the reverse.
  
  Often clothed in a rich silk robe with colorful jewels and pendants hanging around her neck, Shakuya isn't hard to miss. To add a modicum of mystery to her appearance rather than conceal herself, she may even hide half her face behind a richly-ornamented fan which she usually keeps tucked far into her sleeve.
  
  Note: If possessing, Shakuya will assume the form of an NPC whom I will describe in-post. She is neither always feral, nor always human - her default is incorporeal and she will appear however she chooses when she does decide to manifest. The above descriptions are her most common manifestations, however. She likes being a pretty lady, unlike most other Kitsune who may hide behind bland disguises. She also likes being a fox the size of a wolfhound, or sometimes a maned wolf. Small, slinking creatures she's always felt, have never been her style.
  
  Warning: If your character's erstwhile preoccupations have anything to do with concentration, reading, or any form of the arts which require skill - she may intentionally mess with them to feed which may, more often than not, result in ruination or complete distraction from their activities.
  
  Examples include: Stumbling while reading, or suddenly becoming unable to retain a paragraph's contents, an inability to focus, failure to complete spells, inability to remember complex formulas, trouble singing, speaking, remembering lyrics, or thinking clearly. Note: With popular demand, I will create a rolled formula for these effects. However, for now it's kind of a given considering her nature as a spirit that feeds on this kinda thing. Ya dig?
