General Information
Simply put, she is a stupid dog at this point, and will conduct herself as a stupid dog. She cannot speak, she cannot walk on her back two feet. And just because you throw a ball doesn't mean she is going to fetch it - likely it will rebound from her thick skull. That being said: she can "speak" to other ferals or weres in a feral state, it just isnt understood by bipedal humans etc.
