In large part stoically quiet and observant, driven by a need to serve others and typically only saying what needs to be said in the moment - but alternatively unafraid to voice an opinion when warranted. Sullivan spends most of their time with their husband, the wine dealer Rufio Delgado. They are utterly devoted to doing and being whatever he needs, a completely loyal partner and highly efficient assistant. That being said, this little devotee is utterly spoiled in return. A noble by birth and by marriage, they want for almost nothing and enjoy life in excess. A taste for finery, cleanliness, and proper behavior - but simultaneously recognizes it's far from granted and treats everyone with curiously equal consideration, of servile nature despite wealth.

Sullivan enjoys staying busy and making the world a more beautiful place, so when not tending to Rufio or their wine business, they like to take appointments from the well-to-do as a master cosmetologist. While they don't run their own business, they are on call to help businesses, professionals, and otherwise affluent individuals prepare for events, parties, ceremonies, meetings, and the like.

A small, slightly snubbed nose, full lower lip, and wide almond eyes rather feminine, but with narrow structure in the bones of jaw and cheek far more boyish, much like the tiny Adam's apple at thin throat. All around highly androgynous and underdeveloped, with very little body hair, a higher pitched voice, and an overall 'effeminate' nature.

A distinctive gold leafing is nearly always present across their features, presenting as if naturally around eyes, the edges of face, and across lips. It sometimes has a more dramatic spread across the body, normally smooth patches crusting with tiny feathers and flaking, fine gold powder glittering in hair and dusting clothes; immaculately manicured nails are trimmed short and similarly gilded, a feature that sometimes extends up the fingers and can even reach all the way to elbow.

  Sullivan simply has no tolerance for digesting red meat and as a result seeks other sources of protein with a voracious appetite. While white meat and fish is more palatable than red meat, it still upsets their system and they don't enjoy either nor even digest them particularly well.
  
  Is also quite tempted towards sugary confectionery; can consume eggs and dairy without a problem. While they can't digest meat well, they always crave iron to combat an anemic state - primarily eggs, but also certain nuts, dried apricots, mushrooms, dark leafy greens, molasses, etc. Sullivan also craves gold.

A lot of androgynous finery in white with gold accents. A very crisp, professional, and fastidious individual with an enormous wardrobe: very spoiled by their husband.

Is typically seen with an umbrella, concealing eyewear, and hood or hat when outside during the day.
