Abilities

• Basic Ghost Stuff

  Interaction: Tokagero can touch people, though it will probably feel tingly. Those who cannot see or sense ghosts will have no idea that he is even there unless he goes out of his way to show them. He can perform acts similar to eating and sleeping, but it provides no physical benefit. However, sleeping for him works much like it does in the living - it recharges him.
  
  He cannot age. By choosing not to enter the afterlife he is unable to reincarnate. As a ghost he can't eat physical food, drink, reproduce, or all the stuff that makes being mortal fun. He can feel emotions, and he has 'physical' sensation. He can feel textures as well as pain, though that pain would have to be inflicted by someone of his realm. Anyone who can see him can touch him, to put it simply.
  
  He can phase through walls, change his shape within reason, and interact with solid objects at his choosing.
  
  Now, onto the more interesting part.

• Hauntings and Possession

  Tokagero, to be blunt, can't harm anyone by himself - at least not mortals. But he can scare them!
  
  Typical things such as knocking things over, etc. will create things that people who cannot sense him know he is there.
  
  
  First and foremost, Tokagero cannot possess anyone unless:
  
  a) he is at full power
  b) the victim is willing
  c) the victim is in a weakened mental state - expressing extreme sadness or hatred, or doubt, etc.
  (( OOCly, the player gives full consent - it's not easy to RP! Haha ))
  
  In order to maintain possession, it depends on:
  
  a) the strength of the victim's will
  b) Tokagero's power
  c) Outer influences.
  
  While possessing someone Tokagero has complete control over the body, relative to a. He can manipulate it as though it were his own physical body, though it has a drawback. In normal mortals, who are generally weaker than others, this will slowly kill them unless he leaves or is forced out. It also drains him of his power.
  
  Afterwards he requires a long recharge due to the immense effort required.
