Payment is typically taken in two parts, 30 percent upfront, and the remaining 70 percent after the job has been completed. While Ezra is typically untrustworthy and temperamental, he is nothing if not professional and incredibly focused in these dealings. Rest assured, his pride for his work will always outweigh all of his more treacherous characteristics. Every job is taken on with the utmost discretion and delicacy, with confidentiality being a key component in most services.
  
  In the cases of theft, Ezra will hold an initial consultation to determine the price for a job, as well as gather any relevant information. There is always the promise of a clean theft, meaning that nothing else will be disturbed, no trail will be left, and no one will be harmed. In most cases, it will be months before the original owner realizes the item in question is missing. For items displayed publicly, a crude but passable decoy can be planted. Of course prices will vary depending on the worth of an item, as well as any perceived hazards or threats in its obtainment, but general guidelines are as follows.

This includes items with demonic, otherworldly, magical, or mythical properties. 450 gold Items that are unwieldy and cannot be carried by Ezra alone will require the help of additional thieves. Depending on the size of the item and the difficulty of transportation, a fee will be added for each additional thief needed. 100 gold Any job that poses significant risk to Ezra's safety will have an additional fee. This is in the specific case that an item is guarded by a fearsome creature, or surrounded by ruthless, state of the art technology. This fee is not applied lightly, and does not extend to the typical hazards of thievery. While not always guaranteed, there is a moderate amount of success in searching for the whereabouts of specific people and items.
