Height: A truly pocket-sized 11 Inches (Yes, inches.)
Wingspan is 25 Inches.
Weight: 13 Ounces
Skin: A pale, shimmery hue of his 'original' tone.
Clothing: A shrunken version of whatever he happened to be wearing at the time of his transformation.
He's been known just to buzz around in his birthdate suit from time to time. (It's hard finding tiny clothes sometimes!)
Wings: Pearlescent, oversized dragonfly wings.
Also has two bug-like antennae that sprout from his head.
Ears are significantly longer in this form.
Like all of his other various forms, his voice is projected the same as his normal, regular-sized self.
This form is actually his 'true' state of being, but predominantly prefers to dwell amongst others in a more accommodating size.
Footprints is able to shift into this minuscule state once per day, provided that there is room and opportunity for him to do so.
When shifting to this form from his usual size, any clothing and/or items on his person will shrink in dimension as well.
Although proportionally larger in this form, his wings are still too small to support flight. His ability to flutter about at will is purely magical.
Wings are covered in a light dust that easily distributes into the air through the motion of his flight.
This dust seems to have a euphoric effect on many, but its primary use is for the enrichment of plant life.
On nights when the moon is particularly bright, he will give off a faint blue-hued glow.
The granting of wishes can be performed in this state, but there are a good many conditions as to such occurring. (Most likely no one will ever know about this ability.)
