Interpretation
Ceno is a vampiric entity. However she differs from most. Before she was embraced by the Kindred, she was born an Elf hybrid. (I will allow loose categorization with the Fae as a whole. Not just the winged buggers, but Brownies, Fae hounds, Kelpie, etc.) In my vision of her, her heritage did not allow the embrace to work as it should have when compared to a mortal. Her turn, was not normal nor some of her attributes. Some aren't occurring at the correct time, others aren't there at all, and she has a few additional.
For those of you who have enough of an interest, make sure to read over some of these though not all are listed. Keep in mind, I consider her basically of the Clan Toreador and they are a bit...different with mortals and supernatural beings. However, she is not a carbon copy so do not expect her to follow strictly to the clan's guidelines if you are a Masquerade player.
Siren's Song- Reaches a state of awareness using a particular instrument, as if extension of own body. Singers have similar effects. They produce the most beautiful music ever heard, and can influence emotions of all listeners. The audience will be drawn in and unable to take action to harm or run.(Something she has beyond mastered and with a few twists thanks to her prior heritage before the change.)
Personality Metamorph - The Toreador can take on another personality as if it were their own. Something like controlled multiple personality disorder.
Intensification- They can put part of their Presence in their work. The listener, viewer, etc. will feel particularly intense emotion towards it. Must carry some obvious symbolism for the emotion conveyed however. Something similar to a magical item.
Controllable Thirst As she spends so much time around mortals; seeing, smelling, tasting blood will not make her frenzy easily unless she has not fed in some time. A 'blood lust' or frenzy is further unlikely as she now has two she steadily takes from in her care.
Refined A member of the elite, at home in high society. (Yet, she remembers where she came from as well if she becomes close to another..they may see that side of her as well.)
Blasé She is not easily impressed by others and can automatically resist most presence powers.
~Her voice can manipulate if she chooses. However, when she speaks in general, most will find her voice alluring, enchanting. This includes other supernatural creatures. Like a pull forcing others to gravitate their attention solely on her. When she sings or 'turns on' her ability, it is that much worse, quite similar to a Siren.
~The way her vocal chords are formed also gives her the ability to mimic sounds and voices. (Hence why some call her 'Little Bird.')
~She does have a pulse, but it is too slow to properly heat her body and can often be missed by the most keen ear.
~Her flesh will 'leech' heat, warming to almost a normal temperature if bare skin is exposed to it for a length. Normally she runs a bit below room temp, a chill like simply having cold hands more kin to the elderly or fragile. At least that is her claim.
If a freshly fed from another body, her temperature will raise as well, and blood flow even gives her the ability to blush.
~ Her bite can cause extreme pain, her hatred coursing through veins like a wildfire. However, it can also be quite euphoric, almost acting as an aphrodisiac.
~She can see her reflection.
~She an handle the sunlight from dawn until mid-morning if not wearing a specially enchanted ring.

Her music: Cenos' family is of the musical variety. All of the triplets (Yes, she has a brother Chaos Theory and sister Vocal) have some form of ability or mixture of ranging from vocal to instrumental. Ceno has a main focus more towards writing and playing but her voice is exquisite and beyond compare to any she lets listen. If she isn't writing lyrics, musical notations or poems, she's often practicing on her beloved flute. She has two, a wooden one (favored) and her 'concert' which is silver plated metal. Wind instruments are her forte, but she has been known to pick up a violin and offer the saddest tale or the happiest jig you'd dance until your feet fell off to. Music is her passion, her love. She also enjoys dabbling with black and ivories, the Lute, and Harp-Guitar.
