  • f̻̝͉e͙̫͉e͓͕̠d̺̞̝i̠͖͎n̡̘̪g̠͎͎ - a bite's effects are determined by two factors: how much is consumed and the type of creature whose blood is being consumed. a typical feeding once a week will allow a ᴍʏᴄᴇʟɪᴜᴍ to function at a standard level as though they were eating three meals a day. the more consumed, the stronger supernatural abilities become. the smell of rot becomes distinctly less and the floral smell becomes more pungent. if the victim is of some mythical/supernatural blood, less blood is needed. a bite does not transmit any of the ᴍʏᴄᴇʟɪᴜᴍ infection to others. victims will feel fatigued after being fed upon and will generally pass out. bites do not normally induce feelings of arousal in either party. enzymes in the bite will immediately cause clotting that prevent the wound from bleeding any further after release; after roughly three-four days, the wound will be completely healed but not without having to deal with minor itching and a rash in the location.

    r̙̝̙o͕͍͜t̼̪͇t͎͓̝i͙͉͓n͔͇̺g͎͔ - rot occurs when a ᴍʏᴄᴇʟɪᴜᴍ has failed to feed recently. the body begins breaking down as it consumes what blood remains in the system. skin sags and decomposes, falling off the bone and muscle. in addition to taking on a more deathly appearance, plant life such as wilting flowers, fungi, and roots will grow out from the corpse. the mind follows along, eventually being reduced to mindless gibbering as any human intelligence is replaced by the primitive desire to feed. the further along a rot is the more likely a ᴍʏᴄᴇʟɪᴜᴍ will succumb to bloodlust. bloodlust will trigger a rage that cannot be sated until a massive amount of living flesh is consumed, at which point the affected ᴍʏᴄᴇʟɪᴜᴍ will fall into a suggestible state until their mind clears and sentience is gained again.

    The circumstances of meeting Fennore were interesting ones. He strongly resembles someone from Ghost's past, which has cemented a deep interest in him. Over time he learned a bit about the stag and their shared hobbies and business interests, leading him to eventually request the man work with him as his assistant. Their relationship is not strictly professional.
