    The Phoerelli design technically goes back a long way as my creation. It started as a "Phoeline" in late 2003. Phoeline saw a revamp very late 2004 when the character was made a shapeshifter. Now I've just taken the Phoeline's traits and put them on a humanoid, adding a few more unique quirks.

    I hope you enjoy the species with me. It is a private, restricted species. I must verify each and every design, and unless an exception is made, only adoptable premades will be available.     Thank you so much.
