• Description

  Ursa is small for her age, but quick on her feet. Her brown hair is cut into a shaggy style that looks as if it might have been done with a dagger. She wears a pair of tattered brown pants and a dirty white shirt, with no shoes. Ursa is most often dirty, and too thin.

• Biography

  Ursa was the child of an innkeeper, and spent most of her young life waiting on tables. She was pretty, maybe a little too pretty for an innkeepers daughter, and when she turned 13, men started taking notice. One of them attacked her, and soon discovered her secret gift when all the animals in the barn came to her rescue. Ursa can communicate with animals by sensing their emotional state, and she can sometimes call animals to her aid.
  
  Her father couldn't keep her around after that, so he gave her some money and chopped her hair off, before sending her on her way. Ursa has been on the road since then, enjoying her life of freedom.
  
  One day she came across a town where she met a cruel man that had a dancing bear he mistreated. Ursa couldn't stand for that, so she freed the bear and now uses it as a mount, which the bear seems content with. In her travels she has picked up another pet, a strange rat like creature she calls Squijum.
