  Billy has a love for everything mechanical. It can range from fixing simple objects, making models or building much, much larger things. His dream and ambition in life is to one day become an engineer, working with everything steam. Currently, he has a little workshop in his home where he works on projects and repairs things in his own time. He wants to set up shop and if someone mentions needing repairs, he is quick to offer. Most of the time it will even be free, unless he is in dire need of cash.
