  Considered the "Scourge of the South Sea" Jazira leads a crew of pirates composed of harpies, sea elves, and sirens from port to port and ship to ship perpetually seeking to fill her coffers. Known for her cruel and sadistic nature kingdoms have begun to pay tribute due to the failure of numerous navies and pirate hunters to apprehend her.
  
  Her crafty barque The Bloodtalon is known for being able to out sail its rivals and prey while sneaking past blockades. As much as Jazira loves combat she is wise enough to prefer sneaking up on target vessels and towns and fleeing from superior numbers and firepower.
  
  Jazira has a reputation for capturing nobles and ransoming them back to their families. However, it is well known she tends to sully the noblewomen personally before she returns them.
