    Lord Death was talking to me about getting out of the asylum. I'd love to, but Spirit seems pretty wary of me still. I may go on house arrest or something, but at least I'd be 'getting better' at home. I'd still have the damned psychiatrist on me all the time about my sleeping and eating habits though. But the food back home is infinitely better than the food here, so I may try to go home.
    
    At this point it's hard to fight getting out of here, I'm not doing so well in therapy. Wonder why.

    They have realized journaling helps me stay relatively calm, and most of the time distracts me from the voices I hear on a regular basis. But even with that I haven't been able to get onling much.
    I'm tired of doctors trying to get me to do things I don't want to. I can stay in my room and just sit there, I'm fine with that. Needles are a no, along with meds in general. They doin't make the hallucinations any better, only the opposite. I can't say I like the doctors, or even the other patients. I have, so far, no friends.
    
    Spirit hasn't been visiting as often, and I guess I don't mind. He whines about Maka and the Spartoi kids and I just listen and stare off into space. He'll bring me decent food every now and then but I have to be watched when I'm eating. It's really inane and slightly humiliating. I have to be careful what I say here, though...
    They might think I'm talking to someone outside. I'm not.
    It's just me, myself, and my voices...

    Spirit caught me over a dead body.
    I swear it wasn't me who killed it, the one thing I remember in my black out was that it would flash pictures of what was happening. Sometimes, I didn't like what I saw. It's been weeks since I dissected something. Marie had gone, and I couldn't find the light switch. She's still in a coma, I can't even visit her. I'm in a mental facility now, but Spirit comes in occasionally.
    The food is absolute shit, but it's not like they're torturing me. The last time I was in an asylum of sorts was when I was a kid, and it was much worse. I remember they used to run tests to see how I reacted, but I don't know if they will now. Group therapy was right out, and therapy in general was a wish they would have kept wishing for for a while. Spirit came in to be my roommate after a while and that helped, a bit. But it doesn't help by much now with just visits. They know me now, they know I'm dangerous and can't be trusted. At any rate I'll be here for a while, but they realised that journaling like this helps me. So, they let me into the computer lab every few days to get it out of my system. It's better than therapy because I hate people, and doctors always seem inane to me, idiots who are serynge-happy.
    Anyway I have to get back to my room now. I wish I could just see Marie.

  • Don't feel well September 30th 2013, 7:51 pm

    They gave me my computer back once I got them to believe I'm okay mentally.
    I'm never 'okay' mentally, there is always something in the back of my mind telling me to cut something open. That little hint of madness, of curiosity lingering in my head.
    I don't feel well at all, but over the years I've learned how to hide these things. I think Lord Death suspects I'm hiding something.
    I feel like someone is watching me. I'm alone in my lab and I can feel eyes on me. I closed the curtains in front of my windows, locked the door, locked every door, and I still feel like it's watching me.
    The old shadow I used to see as a kid, I think it's back again.
    What am I saying?
    
    I need to stop. Maybe I should read... Take a shower or something.
    I need sleep, probably, but I can't. I just can't sleep. I shift around or keep my eyes open or end up waking up and screaming at something. I have a scalpel under my pillow again.
    It was like that when Marie went to Oceania the first time. I need a distraction. I don't want to take any meds.

    The doctor had a few long sessions with me and I must admit this.
    I hate him. He's one of those inane doctors asking tedious questions while this damned witch is still out there!
    They took my computer at home so I'm at the academy right now in the library computer lab. I might not have much time, I'm not sure if they're keeping an eye on me or something. Maybe I'm just paranoid.
    Might be paranoia, I'm feeling odd. I thought someone said something in class today, and I heard it very loudly. I don't remember what was said but afterwards I kept hearing scratches on the chalk board and the walls and it was all a bit disturbing. I can't tell the doctor though, he might decide to put me on meds.
    Let me clear this up, I hate medicine. It's a personal reason, but I just hate them. Maybe I'll say something about it later.
    
    Marie came back.
    In a coma....
    The meister they sent her with worked for Anya, or a similar witch, but I fear it's Anya and her sister. The meister tried to get her to eat souls and when she refused they attacked her. Luckily, Sid and Azusa got there to check up on her before it was too late.

    Order more books on the 'Dragon Blood Sisters' from the Shibusen Library.
    
    Ask Lord Death about Marie, why she's been gone so long.

    Get some normal weapons, just in case Spirit or someone isn't around. Getting attacked without a weapon to defend with is not a good thing.

    So many books...
    A doctor came by last night to talk to me, apparently he will be coming over and 'analyzing my condition' every week or so. Like I can even sleep with all of this on my mind, I have a feeling he won't approve much. They aren't allowed to go through my journals though, so this is good.
    
    More lore on Mingei and Anya, apparently Mingei was known to be able to summon dragons. This is mainly from VERY old books I found and had brought to the lab. Anya once erupted a volcano at will, these people are frighteningly powerful.

    There's another witch tied into this, Anya's sister. Her name is Mingei, but her last name is unknown. From what I've researched, she's a dragon witch with unknown abilities. She was only in one fight, and no one was alive to record what she can do. The lore on these two goes back a ways, evidently they knew the Grand Witch when they were young. Some of the information doesn't seem right though, and I would look in Shibusen's library but I've been confined to my lab.
    I guess when Spirit came over he found my notes.
    
    Marie still isn't back, and I'm starting to lose even more sleep thinking about what could possibly be going on. I have a curfew now, but I haven't slept at all... I hope she's alright. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if she were hurt, or worse.
    I can't afford to think that way though, so it's back to researching for me.
