Bracer: A dark bracer, of some strange metal, rests on his Bow: Made of rare woods, the large black bow is obviously well-cared for. It takes great strength to bend it fully, and any arrow sent flying off of it could potentially travel a great distance, and hit incredibly hard. Only the power of his mechanical arm enables him to still draw the bow back. - His arrows are tipped in blackened steel, and feathered in black. They are all treated with poison. Dagger: Very simple, with a sharp, wavy blade, a worn black leather hilt, and an oddly bitter scent. The darkened metal is usually soaked by a mixture of herbs and a light application of his own venom. The interior of its sheathe has been treated likewise, and even a small cut can poison the victim. Blowpipe: Little more than a thin reed wrapped in twine, it is accompanied by small darts that have been dipped in the same poison he treats his dagger with. Herb-Treated Venom: The poison has been mixed with various herbs to soften its effects. In its weakened state, it generally causes nausea, painful nerve sensitivity, and if left untreated for too long, can cause abscesses and make the wound begin to rot and fester. This will not kill the sufferer, and is generally what he coats his weapons with. Full Venom: A bite from his jaws, or too many quills breaking and injecting their poison, will have dangerous results. In its natural state it eats away at tissue, and can cause internal bleeding. It will quickly begin to cause paralysis, up to the point that breathing is made impossible. This generally requires a few rolls, to ensure enough is injected into the system. Less, while not deadly, is still dangerous. It will not cause the nerve sensitivity, but can still cause internal bleeding and mild loss of muscular control. Mechanical Arm: The ruined left stump has been worked on, and flesh is melded to a metal cuff, strangely formed and flexible. Attached to the cuff is a mechanical arm. Blackened metal forms faux musculature segments that shift and move with every imagined flex. The once spidery, delicate fingers have been replaced by a stronger clawed gauntlet, though its dexterity has been lessened. - In draconic form, the arm shifts and twist to form a more fitting paw and leg. - In human form, the arm has a startling ability; it can fire small metal bolts, which are deadly, sharp, and accurate. - In both forms, his talons secrete the treated venom, making them even more dangerous than they already are. ........................................................................................ |
