  Before a fight Mina goes through a minor transformation that heightens her physical abilities, much like a Werewolf's transformation, though a lot less dramatic. Mina's strength increases and with the addition of her speed allows her to throw crippling blows that inflict more damage than a regular human's would. She is proficient in using every inch of her body as a weapon, using numerous forms of hand to hand combat learned, trained and kept sharp over her immortal life span.

  Mina focuses on her speed, balance, and most of all her timing, finding skill and precision striking more important than over powering an opponent, breaking her adversaries down over time and forcing them to submit. Her enhanced speed is credited mostly due to her abilities as a vampire, that allow her to move faster than the average human with reflexes, agility, coordination, endurance and increased depth perception some examples of her heightened senses.

  Mina's stamina has improved greatly after competing in over 30 matches inside the Tether's arena, usually fighting more experienced opponents who have taught her how to pace herself, and how to take a hit after receiving so many. Her higher than average pain tolerance comes from those many hours sparring with and fighting against these opponents who are almost always bigger and stronger than she is, allowing her to take more damage than an otherwise untested fighter. She may be small, but she's agile and never seems to slow down.
