• Side-Story (Updates) (TGT)

  ((Though she does not have a main back-story, yet, besides the one about her people in the Amuratan tab, I want her to have something to go off of like a side story. Most of the RPs I do happen in 'TGT' (The Golden Tether on Furcadia), so, whatever happens, will be added if it feels necessary. So yes, this will get updated as much as I role-play with her!))
  
  Upon arriving in this unknown world, Temperance spent a couple of years of her time trying to find a way back home and has settled down, for now, in a place that would be looked upon as unusual in her homeworld.
  
  The Golden Tether offers many opportunities to meet new people and provide her services to ease their frustrations and aches away with the simple motions of her hands gliding gently across their sore skin or fur. With some memory loss issues, she looks ahead of herself of trying just to survive, making her earnings based on how many people she serves for the day.
  
  She is often mistaken as a...slave. She prefers servant, but she doesn't let such things bother her.
  
  By making a deal with Golden Tether to have one of the larger rooms to live in, she conducts her business as long as she serves their guests. It seemed simple enough, and there are plenty of roots and herbs in the nearby Garden where she can re-stock on making oils. Without complaint, she does what she loves, and while the pay is not all that good, she is getting by just barely, a radiant smile on her face as she goes.

• • Redemption February 19th 2015

    The Rebellion finally came in all glory and honor, freeing those captured while fighting off the wyrmmes and those who worship the Drakorian army. She was unable to help them but she at least helped an unconscious slave that was not able to get fully out of the cages. It was the least she can do. The victory came to the Rebels this day and for the first time, she was able to take a breath of fresh air, something that seemed impossible when stuck in a dirty cage and never let out to see the sun unless purchased for whatever the person had in mind, some pleasant and some not. She is grateful for the freedom she has, but it did little to change her thoughts about helping out everyone alike once more.

  "Beneath the sweetened luminescence of the full moon she’d seen so many times before, the horned enchanter did wander along the edge of one of Rome’s many serene waterways, hands twiddling beneath her sternum and eyes lingering upon the reflection that watched back devotedly. From how many angles had she stayed beneath the Guardian of the Stars? Surrounded by how many languages? The closer she edged towards her fourth century of existence, the more solitude crushed her in a sea of mortal creatures. Her people, scattered to the seven winds in mourning of a loss like no other, lingering amongst a people not their own, forced to blend in…forced to conform.
  
  She…was a noblewoman back home, a rare gem amongst the common stones. And yet that meant nothing any longer. A human cared not for the deaths of the Royal Daughters, the broken state of Amura, or the pain of being torn from the one place you called home. But perhaps that was the price she paid in the running endlessly from a past she dared not face.
  
  And in that moment of contemplation, she turned that sanguine gaze up unto the glory of the moon, and allowed her countenance to falter for but a heartbeat before she turned about and began to trace back to her temporary domain.
  
  This would never be where hearth lay, this…was purgatory."
