  The Birth

  
  Bubble colored water of the Euthenu water fall spilled down as Hasri struggled in labor, as rare as a child being born to the Bilorin tribe was four elders and a small gathering of the tribe waited anxiously on the edge of the water hole. Asristi held his wife hoping to ease her in this time of pain and worry, a prayer to Amon silently being spoken for the strength to be a good father once the child arrived. An hour passed before the cry of a child was heard, the cool waters running over the little form of another Belorin Fae as the tribe celebrated giving thanks to Alino for the safe delivery of Azha the given name for the female child. Rare as it was for a male to be born among the tribe ever birth was celebrated, so the fact she was female brought new hope among the tribe since it had been over a hundred years since the birth of a Belorin. All was not well though and Asristi was told to take the child back to the village with one of the elders, the struggle with child birth had made Hasri weak and hope of her making it through the night was very slim. Many elders chanted in a circle around a fire as Hasri lay bundled in the middle, Damus the goddess of healing was called upon in hope that she would heal Hasri but fate held a different plan. Before morning fell Hasri become one with the stars disappearing in to glittering dust as she faded away, as rare as a birth was a death was even rarer and the mourning of the tribes loss was felt even among the ferral creatures among Dion.

  
  

  New Dawn

  
  Being the only child her age among the Bilorin tribe and only child of Asristi, she had a very tough bring up. The ways of her people were strict on the teachings of their religion, everything had to be known and a lot of her day was filled with study from sunrise to midday. Though afternoon in to sunset was her time of freedom, the white feral creatures of Dion became her only friends and the vast terrains her playground. For fifty years she learned the ways of her people, but the free spirits girl had her own ideas of what she wanted out of life. Azha's fifty birthday marked the Ikis celebration, a transition in to adulthood that showed she had gained the knowledge bestowed upon the goddess Ikis and was ready to take the voyage much like all the other females of her tribe. The celebration lasted a week with dancing, musical entertainment, and rosca a type of liquor made from bilorin lillies. After the sun rose the following day of the celebration Azha was bidden fairwell as she for the first time was able to pass through the vortex that would lead her to another world, the journey was meant to last a hundred years so a sack of rosca seeds, linens spun of white shredding of fur from the ferrals bundle up to sew, and an anklet from her father.

  
  

  The Voyage

  
  First twenty years of her voyage were spent in a place that made her wiser to the creatures of the new world, a vast learning of the many religions and cultures that change her way of thought. Unsure of what religion was real anymore she became some what of an atheist, but found that the basis of each religion fascinating in their own way. She was supposedly engaged to the dark lord of one religion, but a beauty of his own land caught his eye ceasing that as a path.
