Thus far has only meet this man in public once and he seemed both kind and harsh at the same time. He is very interesting to Hibiki but of course she does not trust im at all, as she will probably not trust anyone form her new home any time soon.

Not really an "enemy" as honestly he was just doing his job. When Sham and Hibi tried to escape TGT first it was that wretched Kevain that found them and then Mash who proceeded to try to bitch slap Hibi. Sham took the slap for her as Hibi launched at Kevain and took a chunk out of his arm. Right after her teeth went through Mesh was on her, wailing on her face. Hibi managed to make a deep scratch on his neck though!
