• Description

  Syl is the newbie mayor of Harmony. Her inauguration occurred in March, 2014.
  Being completely new to the environment, her confusion was only settled with the help of the weak hearted mayor of Mineral, Lincoln, and the hard headed mayor of Emerald, Kia. After many visits to the two neighboring towns, she became good friends with Randy and Sterling, and discovered her obsession of oriental style objects.
  After only a week in office, Syl started to gather her funds to create the best town and raised plenty of money for a large house and impulse spending.
  A complete tsundere. She's usually a "tough biker chick" until it comes to cute frilly things or her boyfriend.
  
  Syl is unwillingly willing to help most people out with their problems, but usually messes things up and just ends up handing over bundles of cash.

• Biography

  Syl's mother abandoned their family when she was young. Born to a Chinese mother and Caucasian father, Syl is a half Asian who was raised in a completely American environment.
  
  A recent discovery shows that she is the half sister to Checkers and Plaid.
