  Although dormant in his human form, Oly still has moments when his race can still be discerned; primarily when under moments of extreme duress or arousal. His skin sort've toughens up and the occasional smattering of transparent scales become visible on his skin, though only if viewed by peripheral vision. Only others of his breed are able to see them when staring directly at him.

  All his life, Oly has only ever known solitude; an isolation far away from any possible smattering of civilization, be it first-world, third-world, or any world in between. Having spent countless hours among different cultures, only to find them all somewhat similar in certain regards to his kind, he's had but little choice but to either burn their existence off the face of the earth, or run away to lands long-since forgotten and just dream his days away of ever finding his kin, be they friend or foe, brother or sister, mother or father.
  
  Most endeavors reap fruitless bounties, and the cycle begins anew as he jumps from one continent to another. He's sampled all types of cuisine as a result, indulged in all sorts of musical styles, that he can't really come to claim for himself a favorite in any category, instead just opting to jump around from place to place whenever the whim takes his fancy. He's sampled the population (Take that as you will) so much so that he's come to not desire any preference in-between, though admits he has a longing draw towards the masculine sex, though mostly because he desires a father figure of sorts, above all else; even his own freedom.

  In the presence of isolation, he's come to learn quite a few juicy details about himself, among the fact that he currently does not have the ability to shift between human and dragon form. Chief among them, his ability for mind-tapping; an ability he often takes great delight in utilizing, if only for entertainment value.
  
  

  Psychokinesis|| Having spent decades under the shambling guise of a weary world-trader, Oly has come to recognize a minor ability in affecting how certain objects, mostly of inanimate origins, are easily overcome by his presence of mind, and most of the time it tends to be coconuts, or objects of a similar size and shape, that he'll send racing through the air to keep himself occupied. He hasn't yet chanced touching an animate mind, be it feral or humanoid, sentient or otherwise, so he couldn't even begin to wonder how useful such a trick really is for his benefit.

  
  

  Telepathy|| In the same span of time, he's come to discern a similar ability to match his psychokinesis, though on a much more internal scale; the ability to persuade the actions and emotions of another living soul, feral or humanoid. It matters not their level of sentience in anything other than the effectiveness of his attempts, and finds this ability to be a detriment to him as a whole, so its often that he forgets he even has it. There are very few times he can recall using such talents to benefit himself, but he can easily remember a time or two when someone pissed him off enough so that they may or may not have ended up living on the ocean floor.

  
  

  Flight|| Mention this anywhere near his range of earshot, you're sure to end up flying off somewhere you hadn't expected. While in human form, his level of flight is extremely limited to something akin to levitation, a maximum of fifty feet off the ground; though he's able to keep himself suspended long enough to traverse a distance from point a to point b, sometimes a maximum of two miles. He's only attempted this a handful of times to see if age managed to broaden his aptitude, but only in the dead of night when he was sure the populace were safe in their beds. This, more than anything, is what he's come to beg for the chance to enjoy his feral form for.

  
  

  Stoneskin|| A defensive trait, simplistic in nature. Akin to his appearance when under moments of arousal, his skin toughens to something resembling stone. Anything with armor-piercing capability is able to break this toughened first layer, but only after several minutes of dedicated wailing. Arrows can't get anywhere near. Ironically, this protection can easily be dismantled by water in its liquid form, though it is incredibly resistant to any element of fire.

  
  

  Pyrokinesis|| An offensive trait, a simple combination of fire and willpower that generally gets Olyvar anywhere he wants to go, and everything he desperately needs... just for a start. He's had to make do with minimal range in this area, due to lacking his massive, fire-breathing form. His grasp of this concept is extremely lacking and he would gladly accept any form of assistance in trying to master his technique. One massive drawback he's come to discover at present; there must always be some source of fire nearby, he cannot simply conjure it out of thin air.

  In the midst of nearing halfway through his third century of existence, Olyvar is seeking desperately for a number of things, primarily one of his own kin to show him the ropes of what it means to be a dragon, for the most part, and plenty of spots open for people he might eventually come to call friends and family.

  As Olyvar is a newish character, he's always going to be open to change, and anyone who thinks that roleplaying with him but without consequence to him is only deluding themselves. Development is what I look for most of all, and generally, it happens permanently unless otherwise disclosed. There isn't much thought I've given to his backstory, so I'm leaving it completely open for -anyone- to come in and take a place, whether they be friends, family, or enemies. One can never be truly whole without a little bit of everything.
  
  That said, his present day life is also pretty boring. I guess you could say I created him as a blank slate, so to speak; a springboard for anything to happen. The pages are open for anyone to write their own little note, and I bar none from trying.
  
  To start, there is at least one plot that I'd love to see filled:
  
  

  First and foremost, another dragon to swoop in and save the day! Olyvar has lived the past two-and-a-quarter centuries thinking he was the only one of his kind. Mostly, he wants another to come and show him what it means to be a dragon, teach him ways he never thought possible, etc. I might be willing to slip a romantic interest into this category, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

  
  When I've gotten a feel for how Oly reacts and how his personality shapes around certain aspects of a new life, I'll have a better idea for what he needs. That being said, please don't take that as a note of me not wanting to RP! I'm always looking for new challenges to present to him, among other things.
