Andrius is seeking to expand his clientèle. While most of his business has been made through legitimate sales, he wouldn't mind some under-the-table deals. If the deal is good enough, he is willing to aid your illegal business by laundering your funds.
[FRIENDSHIPS]
Not typically one to be social, André is looking for that partner-in-crime who needs a solid wingman. Most likely destined to be a sidekick, André would be best suited to someone who sees his wit and respects his opinion. Drinking buddies to simply kick it with, or a darker influence to get him deeper into the underground world.
[ENEMIES]
Not everyone is bound to be liked, and surely Andrius is one of them. Perhaps he said something rude and instigating, or turned down your business plan, and it has given you reason to dislike him. Words said and fists thrown, it's a relationship that's bound to be drama-filled (*ICLY ahem*) and rocky.
[SUPERNATURAL]
While André knows the world to be an ugly place, he has yet to see anything supernatural expose itself to him. Vampires, werewolves or witches, it is something that is unknown to the local and only believed to be in fairy tale or a movie. An excellent human specimen, naive to the 'real' world may be enticing to turn for their own purposes.
[ROMANCE]
André is not seeking a relationship openly, but would not say no to an advance. That is, if he could recognize one! A shy man that has more priority for business than pleasure, often forgetting his own needs for a little monetary gain.
