• Description

  Green toned and yellow eyes, Sebastien isn't exactly the most appealing man to gaze at. He is usually seen wearing dress pants and white button up shirts so he could be seen as "wealthy." Fedoras and dress shoes are the most important things he wears with any clothing.
  
  Seb can shapeshift into two animals: A large rat and a large vampire bat. These two forms are purely for getting out of messy situations, but can be uncontrollable if frightened or weak.
  
  His biggest weaknesses (silver, blessed objects, water) causes his skin to melt rapidly. Meaning the rotted skin can easily be removed during battle. It will grow back, however, but will take weeks for to be fully healed.

• Biography

  Sebastien Carter was dead. Shot to the head by thugs in a casino who had caught him cheating at poker. They buried him in a shallow grave in the desert just outside of Vegas. It wasn't until a few years passed that a cursed feline walked across his grave and gave life to the corpse.
  
  He now roams the streets as a vampire zombie. His new life made him into an immortal man who controls the hookers of Bridgeport with a cold clawed fist.

• Facts

  Because Seb awoke by a cursed feline, he has a phobia of household cats. The phobia can either cause him to shape shift uncontrollably or cause him to abuse the poor feline. Usually ending up kicking it far away from himself.
  
  Sebastien is extremely sexist. Mainly due to always being bossed around by his older sisters when he was a child, and his mother also being a prostitute to make ends meet. His father was no different from himself.
  
  He is unable to shower properly because of his weakness to water. He will just end up melting his skin off.
  
  He currently owns eight prostitutes in Bridgeport. He once had more, but he eventually ends up killing them or finding them dead by other supers, much to his displeasure. Jackie was once one of them.
  
  The vampire resides in an abandoned apartment complex. He had built himself a downstairs nest to his top suite room.
  
  Because he's so short, he's extremely sensitive. Making fun of his shortness will end up in a fight.
