• Interests

  Interior design: Ever since she was a kid, she loved watching interior design shows with her mother. She loved looking at the different designs that they would think up, and eventually she began experimenting around the house at the age of thirteen. (With her mother's guidance, of course). Her interest in interior design only grew brighter as she grew older, and now she majors for it in college, hoping to make a successful career out of it. She is a big fan of minimalism when it comes to designing.
  
  Fashion: Jin loves to dress up. She can't afford the more popular brands, so she makes do with what she can get. She'll go to the cheapest places she can find and spend hours looking through the selections until she finds things she can mix and match together into something that stands out, to her at least. She loves to wear brightly colored casual dresses, and has at least twenty of them in her wardrobe.
  
  Martial arts: Worried for her daughter's safety due to her affliction, Jin's mother enrolled her in Judo lessons at the age of five. At first Jin wanted nothing to do with the entire class, but soon she fell in love with it. She earned her black belt at the age of eighteen, and still attends lessons today in order to improve her abilities.

• Affliction

  Jin was born with an affliction. She barely understands it herself, but she knows that whenever someone gets within five feet of her, they're immediately happy. It doesn't matter how miserable or angry they had felt a second ago, all of those emotions would be gone, replaced with pure elation. It will last as long as they're within five feet of her, and when they leave the range it'll wear off in an hour. Jin's had to cope with this her entire life, and it's lead to her becoming bitter and angry at the world. She can never tell if someone is hanging out with her because of her, or because they want to feel happy and only know that they are whenever they're near her.
  
  Her way of coping with this is being sharp-tongued to almost everyone in hopes that they'll keep their presence around her to a minimum. The only person she would never snap at is her mother, whom she loves dearly, and to a lesser extent Ashling, the one person she considers a friend.
