☂ Preparation of the Body.→ Includes restoration, cosmetology, dressing and placement of the deceased in the casket.☂ Preparation and placing remains for viewing.→ Does not include use of facilities or equipment.☂ Refrigeration/sheltering up to 72 hours.

☂ Use of hearse for transportation to place of disposition.→ During business hours with one staff member - after hours an additional fee of $ 85.00 will be applied.☂ Additional mileage charge:→ Transportation (one way) beyond local area is $ 2.00 per mile.
▸ ɪᴍᴍᴇᴅɪᴀᴛᴇ ʙᴜʀɪᴀʟ→ Includes transfer of remains to the Mortuary from
local place of death during business hours with no additional staff, services of
Mortician and staff, refrigeration, preparation of body, and delivery to local cemetery.
Service charge does not include Government fees (permit), viewing of remains, funeral ceremony,
or other items, service or charges that may be incurred.
▸ ᴅɪʀᴇᴄᴛ ᴄʀᴇᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ→ Includes Mortician & Staff Fee, transfer of remains to the Mortuary from
local place of death during business hours with no additional staff or crematory charge.
Service charge does not include Government fees (permit), sheltering remains (refrigeration), urn,
cremation casket, sales tax, death certificates, or other items, service or charges that may be incurred.
