  → Despite his submissive nature, he is well versed in a variety of subjects - from history to disposing of bodies in the most gruesome ways one could imagine. Always willing to lend a hand, he often goes out of his way to help others despite knowing his offer will likely be rejected. Questionably gentle natured, he's as content to chop up a body as he is to sit in front of his fireplace and knit frumpy scarves. Discreet when needed, he's easy going and even easier to rely on - he has no interest in questioning others and their motives and will gladly dissolve that murder victim you don't want discovered. His birds can always use more body parts to scavenge, it's just meat after all.

  → The epitome of a gloomy individual, it's almost as though a rain cloud has made permanent residence over his head. A loner by nature with a natural hesitation when it comes to quick decision making, the man would shame a Canadian with the sheer number of apologies he utters in a day. Misfortune seems to follow him stride for stride, a constant companion shadowing his every move. A suffocating sense of dread hangs like a cloak around him and is almost palpable to those observant enough to notice. The wise stay away when death steps upon their threshold and knocks, even if it comes packaged in an awkward beanpole with a contagious smile.

  → Due to the fact he is often ostracized, he'll often clutch his hands together or make placating motions when faced with negative reactions from others.
  
  → He often goes out of his way to help others and it usually ends up with him being hastily rejected and told to go away. It's not uncommon for people to move to the other side of the street just to avoid him.

  → Due to his frequent presence and close proximity to graves, grave dirt and the deceased there is almost always an unsettling aroma of death accompanying his presence.

  gangly spider hanging out in the corner. Equally just as creepy as said spider.

  biography ▸
  
  If one were to ask the reclusive mortician about his history, there would be little he could say with confidence. A native of Ireland, Thomas entered this world swaddled in the cloak of Death in 1304. One could say it was an ordinary day had it not been for the numerous hushed whispers of a black dog being sighted within their remote mountain village. Tucked away from the turmoils of the lowlands and neighboring territories - the largest threat the villagers encountered were the wolves that preyed upon their prized livestock.
  
  It wasn't long after the rumors started that his mother, bitten by one such dog weeks prior fell to the infection that had consumed her. Delirious with fever she had wandered away from the homestead and died with Thomas still unborn within her. While any normal child would have painfully suffocated and perished within the womb by the time her body was found, he surprisingly, had not. Pulled from the corpse the villagers and his father were all too sure that he too would and should have died that day - however, the opposite occurred. He miraculously recovered. While some might have seen this as a miracle, the villagers were of a petty and superstitious mindset and word spread all too quickly of the child demon that had drained the life force of it’s mother in order to enter the land of men.
