This is the secret to good bread, my dear. That and patience. You will make many loaves and many more mistakes. But in the end, you will come out, a baker."
  
  Life in the clan had taught her one thing. Men could eat and often enjoyed a good bread to accompany their steaks and potatoes. At a young age, the soft colored Beorne took an interest in baking. Her parents struggled to keep the young lass out of the bread shop and often had trouble forcing her to leave. The sweet bubbly child soon implanted herself into the elder baker's heart, who quickly taught her the ways of the craft. Her life was a happy one, filled with sweets, hard work and smiles. No greater joy could be found in the girl's life, despite the boys who occasionally came to call. Her one true love would always come in the form of sweltering heat of the ovens and the enticing smell of her labors of love. Boys would come and go, but her food would always be there, rewarding the love with perfection that delighted all the senses.
