  Pre-Great Rebellion
  
  Xander's madness stems from his childhood when his eldest brother, Ju'tei became afraid of Xander and his powers for the fact that he could kill him in the future and take away Ju'tei's right to the Belus Clan's fortune, title, and throne. When their father, Se'vrai Belus and their mother, Ha'lai-na Belus left on a campaign to end the territorial wars to the North between feuding tribes, Ju'tei was left in charge of the Clan's official duties and was left to care for his 4 brother and 3 sisters. Xander was the youngest, being only a toddler, but was born with irregular strength and talents. As everybody slept, Ju'tei crept into his baby brother's room and snatched him up without waking him before placing him in the papa'yati cage in the dungeon in hopes of him being eaten. He also cast a spell so that nobody would be able to find him for good measures. Instead of the papa'yati devouring the tiny child, the nursing mother nurtured and raised Xander, turning him feral and permanently disfigured and mentally unstable. He had torn the flesh from his lips to have a big, toothy grin like his mother, clawed at his skin, leaving gashes of which he occasionally licked to keep infections away. His skin turned an ashen blue and his eyes turned bloodshot with his irises being a pale blue with a necrotic overcast. The papa'yati were like hunting dogs with rows of sharp, gnashing teeth, clusters of red eyes like a spider, and the bodies of wolves with the throats and tongues of toads. The males sported a primordial fur whereas the females sported primordial feathers. When their parents had returned 2 years later as Ju'tei did a wonderful job at keeping everything quiet, the damage had been done and Xander was found a naked pre-adolescent and growling in the cage, trying to eat anyone who came too close. The only thing they found could go near Xander was a small tabby cat that Xander in his limited vocabulary, named Mr. Flufflebum. The parents and the servants attempted to rehabilitate him, but were only met with violence and self mutilation upon being separated from the mother papa'yati. 3 servants were brutally raped, murdered, and partially eaten in the attempt to rehabilitate him. After a while, it was time to find a way to keep Xander around, so they ended up locking him away in the dungeon after the mother papa'yati had died of old age and he grieved for several months. They decided that they would select a suitor for him. She was a blind noble by the name of Ser'eti. They knew that the bloodline was strong within him, so they had the two pair and mate whilst he was bound, chained, muzzled to ensure that he would not lash out and devour her. She would often frequent as time went by, not knowing the horror that she was using as her personal sex slave. Though, Xander was the youngest, he was the most endowed of any of his brothers and after a while, rumors flew and noble women who had lost interest in their mates had flocked to see the monster that could tame their lust for only a few coins. Xander grew fond of Ser'eti in a way that a pet would love his Master as she was the only one who treated him with kindness and any form of twisted dignity. It wasn't until Ser'eti would be formally arraigned in marriage to someone else, whilst pregnant with his child, who had a scent similar to Ju'tei that he would snap and in anguish, rape and devour his Master and lover and killed his unborn. He didn't let anyone else get close and it was too dangerous for any other girls to be in the presence of this beast, so he was chained and locked away in the dungeon, left to rot and only fed once a day or when prisoners need to be taken care of quietly.
  
  Post Great Rebellion
  
  During the night of the Great Rebellion, Sylvia had infiltrated the labyrinth-like dungeon which connected to the castles of the 9 clans. When she had found him by his unearthly growls and cries of bloodlust in his hungered frenzy. He had attempted to rape and devour Sylvia at first, but the thorny tendrils of Sylvia's armour lashed him, leaving him whimpering like a puppy as he curled with his tail between his legs. He had never been reprimanded in such a manner as everyone else was so afraid of him lashing out at them. He growled and tried to look like he was bigger and tougher after he’d recovered from the sudden jolt and began circling her. Sylvia then spoke to him in a lost language to him that he could strangely understand and she used the Runes of Dominion in order to gain control over him with the violent upheaval above them. The Runes took metaphysical form as a spiked collar with an iron cross charm, signifying being owned by a superior in their culture. He became her property and her guard dog from that moment on. He tried again to snap at her, but she whispered again and with a wag of her finger, he was pinned to the floor. He attempted to claw his way free, but she spoke again and with a few exaggerated motions, had bounced him across the room as he hit the ceiling and then the floor, leaving craters and clouds of rust and rubble before he was once again pinned to the ground. At this point, they were in near complete darkness, which made Xander extra nervous as he could only smell and hear Sylvia, but with her special eyes and training, she was able to see him perfectly in complete darkness. A ruckus from upstairs from the guards interrupted them as guards with torches came down the steps in a distance, illuminating the dank and narrow corridors with blinding light that Xander was not used to it. This confused him as Sylvia used her armour’s ability to turn invisible and whispered, “Are you hungry, boy? Go work for your dinner.” His ear flicked by her instructions as the collar glowed, compelling him to obey as his hunger overcame his senses. He charged forth, running on his hands and feet like a beast as he circled around the group of guards that were on high alert for the monster that was supposed to be chained up, but had escaped. With skill and his predator’s instincts, he had circled them and was able to pick them off one by one, using wind magic to blow out the torches and enhance his speed to match his mother papa’yati’s in her life. He would pick group of 7 off one by one, dragging them off with horrid cries of help and then gurgling and sputtering of blood from their throats with the gnashing and unearthly growls and aroused moaning of the creature that they’d guarded for so long. After a few moments, only 3 guards stood left and there was a tense hush amongst them as they relit their torches using magic and waved them around. The only female guard called forth in the darkness with such hesitance that stuck in her throat that it came out as a mere croak.
  “X-Xander…P-please…” That’s all she could manage before Sylvia had crept up on her, covering her mouth and coiled her up with her thorns as they turned her invisible and spirited her away as they stuck themselves inside of her vagina and arteries and began to suck her dry of all of her bodily fluids. The thorns rushed into her carnal orifice as her hushed screams of pain were muffled in the darkness until they grew weaker. “Xander…So that’s what that poor creature’s name is…” Sylvia muttered in writhing ecstasy from the sudden rush of endorphins she’d gotten from the thorns that were rewarding her for feeding them. They continued eating away at the withering husk of whose cries of agony and despair that once echoed through the corridors faded quickly before a loud, sickening tearing noise filled the air. Xander had held off on his attack to listen and smell what his new Master was doing and awaited further instructions as the remaining and growled contentedly at the new smells and sounds that pleased him. Into the light emerged the violated and withered husk of the female guard, vertically torn in two as Sylvia signaled him to continue his attack. He’d postured himself on the ceiling, approximately 14 feet above them and dropped the leg of the last guard he was chewing on in front of them before repositioning himself and pouncing on the last guard, tearing his throat out with his teeth as Sylvia came up from behind on the other and sent her chain whip sword, Viperblade around his neck and with a tug, cleanly decapitating him. The thorns immediately dove into the open wound that was spraying blood like a gory fountain as the corpse fell to the floor and sucked it dry. Sylvia was drunk on power at this point as she had already murdered and ritualistically cannibalized her half-brother, Aldrich and her father, Kiran. Her knees grew weak and threatened to buckle as the ecstasy crescendoed and climaxed so much so that she cried out as she quickly sheathed her sword and pulled at her flowing black hair as she tried desperately to regain control of her body. Never in her life had she experienced this level of sheer, maddening ecstasy that caused thick smelling liquids to run down her thighs as the more supple thorns of her armour lapped it up and shook in delight from her spine. Xander watched carefully and growled as the torches illuminated this short woman with ebony and flame-licked skin and piercing green cat-like eyes that stared him down in the dying light. She huffed, her face contorted and her bottom lip being bitten in such a manner that was unusual for her. He sniffed the air and growled almost anxiously and swelled as he slowly approached in the papa’yati mating ritual. Once Sylvia had come to her senses, pushing back the unfamiliar senses, she realized that he was up to no good again and smacked him with another tendril. “No, bad Xander!” She growled sternly. He yelped and retreated a few feet before looking back and growling as he went to finish his meal and take out his sexual frustrations on one of the corpses. She picked up the torch in front of her and looked around, searching the pockets of the half-eaten guards for maps, keys, and other useful items. After Xander had finished his business and pissed on the remains, he happily scampered off towards Sylvia who was beginning to leave him behind. She rolled her eyes at the idea of what she’s gotten herself into, but carried on in her usual style nevertheless. After a few more guards were killed, they had escaped through the sewers. Sylvia turned to Xander and looked over him as he chewed at an itch on his leg, leaving several bite marks on himself that thankfully did not completely pierce the skin and cause him to bleed. "Can you fly, boy?" She asked as she muttered a few words and the vines spread aside on her back just enough for her wings to violently erupt from her skin. She winced in pain, her face scrunching up in a moment of anger as she punched the wall of the sewer exit. He looked at her confusedly and whimpered, scared that she'd suddenly grown huge black feathered wings. She rolled her eyes and exhaled, trying to contain her newly found frustration for his ineptitude and spoke once again in the lost language to tell him to go to sleep and that he will be safe. He shook his head violently and yawned as the collar glowed as he plopped on his side and went to sleep. She wrapped him carefully and tightly with her tendrils like a straitjacket of supple vines which retracted their thorns so not to pierce the creature that vaguely resembled a Ki'xa-ti. She once again used her invisible cloak and with magic, created a strong enough air current below her wings that she could carry the both of them to her secret hide out on the very edge of Ya'sa-tai- the rural lands of the Xen'kii-nati tribes before the Wastelands where the eldest of the tribes cast out heretics to be swallowed up by the sacred tar pits.
