Werewolves are indistinguishable from other humans while in their human form. They have no control over their bodies during the full moon, when they shift into their wolf form, their muscles expand and harden and their bones and skin change and reform.

Full Moon: Adam is at his physical peak during a full moon and it is only during this time that he is able to shapeshift into his wolf form. Adam's mental and physical momentum is the time around the full moon, though he becomes unstable and aggressive during that time.
Healing Factor: Can heal from certain wounds. Cannot regrow body parts. Immune to most illnesses and ailments.
Superhuman Strength/Agility/Speed/Senses: Near the full moon Adam in human form possesses enhanced strength, speed and agility. Extraordinary navigational sense. Enhanced Olfaction, Tactition, Vision, Gustation and Audition. In werewolf form, Adam can see in total darkness.
Superhuman Endurance: Adam can withstand wounds without any lasting effect or injury. Recovers from broken bones incredibly quickly; can survive in very harsh conditions.

Wolfsbane: Toxic to werewolves. Contact inflicts burns on his skin; injesting - internal bleeding and necrosis of mucosa; bullets can cause instant death when inside vital organs and fatal infection when in soft tissue.
Mercury: If injected or injested, it burns and can potentially kill the werewolf if it enters soft tissues or vital organs.
Silver: Burned by the touch of silver. If silver pierces Adam's skin while in wolf form, he will grow weak and revert back to his human form, in which he is mortal to puncture wounds.
Decapitation: Can be killed by decapitation or incredibly serious injury. Removal of head or heart results in instant death.
