Mannerisms: He'll never do something the "normal" way when he can use magic to do it instead; pulling change from his pocket, cooling his coffee, etc. When trying to pass the time, he'll frequently fidget with orbs of elemental energy; forming them, combining them, separating them, dissipating them, and whatever else he can think of. Wired Gloves: These are black silk gloves with Silver and Gold wires woven throughout them, in patterns that resemble and function similarly to printed circuitry. In the center of the palm, with several wires radiating from it, there's a gemstone set in a wrought-Iron housing; to use jeweler's terms, it's similar to a round brilliant cut diamond, but with most of the pavilion absent, and 10 star and kite facets on the crown instead of the usual eight. These provide an significant boost to the amount of control he has over his magic, allowing him to set up intricate systems of diametrically opposed elements that would otherwise be incredibly tedious, if not outright impossible.

Fountain Pen: Black barrel, screw on cap, and seemingly endless ink that changes color with the user's whims. Beyond the novelty, his skill with manipulating its color (and tendency to do so frequently as he writes) makes his handwriting both very distinctive and extraordinarily difficult to forge, turning this somewhat inadvertently into a security measure.

Cane Sword: Head composed of a very spiky-looking crystal slightly smaller than a tennis ball - specifically, a Great Stellated Dodecahedron; silver handle, ebony shaft, with a diamantine wolfram blade, twice as heavy as iron and incredibly hard. Sometimes he uses the crystal as a focal point for magical energies, but from a purely material standpoint there's nothing magical about it.

Wispy Scarf: A light blue scarf gifted by someone very dear to him back home. Made of a strange material that seems to be halfway between silk and colored smoke, it ignores gravity entirely, and flutters slightly even in the absence of air currents, as well as tending to stream behind him. This serves no real purpose, but it's loaded with sentiment, and besides, the aesthetic appeals to him.
