  After various life events, at 16, he is the most insufferable person alive. He has a mindset where all of his problems were someone elses fault. He believes himself to be nothing but a victim, not responsible for his own actions. He is in serious need of a reality check. Lukas is short tempered, and appears mean spirited, though he truly isn't. He insults people freely, he's stubborn, and generally unfriendly. He is in fact, so unpersonable, that he has systematically driven anything good out of his life. He thinks himself a victim because he is a gay atheist living in one of the most religious and homophobic areas in the U.S. A city outside of Oklahoma City. He was bullied a lot throughout school, which only served to foster his victim complex. He would be social if he didn't fancy himself such a victim. His self-defeating line of thought (they wont like me, I suck, why bother?) prevents him from being very social.
