  Brief description: An early twenties Japanese-American woman who, despite priding herself on her academic skills and ability to work within a classroom environment, allows herself to live an open, exciting, and fairly adventurous lifestyle.
  
  Rei is a young woman living in Sendai, Japan in the early 21st century. She was born to a Japanese businessman and a young American woman whom had moved to Japan for unspecified reasons and later settled to raise Rei while her husband worked. Having no proper occupation, she instead resides at a dorm in a well-respected university in Japan, living a fairly average honor roll student's life - however, despite her dedication to her education, she still allows herself to have fun, being the exact opposite of strict. Though, it isn't unlikely to presume that she feels like she could use a little something more in her life to fill out the gaps.
  
  In her spare time Rei often plays video games or listens to music, having a fondness for punk/emo music, her favorite band of each genre being American Football and Snowing- unususal choices given her general good-girl appearance and school studies.
