  • Personality: Straightforward and honest, he tries to be warm and welcoming to everyone, but there is always a coldness just under the surface. It's hard to get a read on him; he subconsciously masks his emotions from the outside world and is very mum about what he is feeling. Deep down he has a hard time following his clerical vows; it just doesn't seem to be in his nature. He seems too much a carnal person to belong to the cloth, but he is compelled to stay for a reason he just cannot put his finger on.
  • Philosophy: By hook or by crook.
  • Mannerisms: Soft spoken, gentle, careful, Cesare seems to always be worried he's going to hurt anyone he has occasion to touch. He is much more free with inanimate objects. His reflexes are on the edge of disturbingly fast, he sometimes panics himself with them. As if he can't believe what he's capable of. He always stands straight, as if he's had good posture ground into him, he often stands with his hands clasped behind his back. When he gets nervous or anxious, he pulls at his collar as if it's too high.
  • Talents: Not remembering his life before the brotherhood, he doesn't know how he knows half the things he can do. He seems to have excellent aim and depth perception, and while he doesn't like to talk about it defense seems ingrained in his muscle memory. He can play piano quite beautifully, and often finds himself at one when he's feeling melancholy or in need of a pick up.
