|BRIEF HISTORY|
Whoever Mona was before she became the Queen of Pain isn't important. Those prosthetic arms didn't change her life; they saved it. And coming out alive, on this side of the spectrum between the organic and the synthetic, has given her new perspective on what it means to be human. She works the streets as a merc, often taking on dangerous jobs (of the very illegal variety) for cold, hard cash.

She's familiar with the etiquette of the criminal underworld and gang culture, and specializes in handling covert operations and wetwork.

Like most mercs who share her circumstances, Mona is something of a cynic. Her personality is largely shaped by her disillusionment and low opinion of human nature, and she is typically cautious, skeptical, and reserved in her dealings with strangers. That isn't to say she's misanthropic, or completely serious -- Mona does have a sense of humour (dry and self-deprecating as it may be), and she certainly enjoys the company of her friends and trusted acquaintances.
